Who we are

MGTech is a brand of Multigas Sales Ltd. (hereinafter refered to as the Company) under which the Company sells tools and hardware both through the MGTech bricks and mortar outlet at Kirkop and through the online eCommerce site www.mgtech.mt.

Prices and VAT

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rate specified when you place your order.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable we will make our best effort to offer a suitable substitute which may be available.

Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have despatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you.

Delivery

Unless otherwise notified in your order:

• The minimum basket value is Euro 50 for a free home delivery in Malta & Gozo.
• If the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order is less than the minimum basket size, then we will add a surcharge of Euro 6.50 for home delivery in Malta & Gozo.

Other charges may apply for weights exceeding 32kg.

Unfortunately we can’t combine separate orders once we have processed them, so please make sure you make any changes to increase the value of your basket before you confirm your order

Subject to availability of goods ordered, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from your order (Mon-Fri excl public holidays).

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance or ground floor of the delivery address.

For deliveries to customers at a business address, we can deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of your business.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.

If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address and time frame as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address or recipient does not exist at the indicated address, the driver will attempt to contact you to re-book delivery.

In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at a new agreed date and time. Failing which you will be notified accordingly and will be requested to collect good/s directly from the MGTech outlet in Kirkop.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Reservation and exceptions

MGTech reserves the right to change prices, terms and specifications for products on this Website at any time without prior notice. MGTech attempts to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Any such errors in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing will be corrected when discovered and MGTech reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, MGTech will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.

Returns and Refunds

We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from MGTech.

You reserve the right to return your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for any reason and with no justification. You must inform us in writing by emailing info@multigas.com with your decision to cancel. If you would like to return the goods yourself, you can return them to the MGTech outlet in Kirkop. You will need to take all of the goods you are returning together with delivery receipt and the payment card with which you paid for the goods.

To arrange collection of the unwanted goods please contact MGTech by email on info@multigas.com. Please have your order number and delivery receipt to hand. We will then arrange for your unwanted goods to be collected by our representative. A collection fee may apply.

You agree to return the goods in full, in a re-saleable condition and MGTech also asks that you return the packaging with the goods where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You agree to take reasonable care of the goods from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned.

Items cannot be returned if you have started to assemble them. Items cannot be returned if these are unsealed items which are deemed not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons such as but not limited to toilet seats, shower heads, personal care items, etc…

We will make all refunds to the card used for payment.

Shop soiled and Clearance items are sold on an ‘’AS IS’’ basis, without any form of expressed or implied warranty and/or guarantee including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.

Legal Guarantee

Under EU regulations, all goods intended for consumer use have a standard 2 year legal guarantee. The 2 year legal guarantee commences as soon as you receive your goods, and if a fault is found you must inform us as soon as possible.
